"Great design isn’t just seen, it’s felt. And I’m here to make sure users feel it right."

Hey, I’m Namrata, UX Researcher & Designer, currently shaping my design journey at NIFT Mumbai as a Master’s student. After spending 14 years in the apparel industry, I’ve transitioned into the world of UX, where I combine research, creativity, and empathy to design meaningful digital experiences. I’m always on the lookout for exciting UX opportunities, whether it’s internships, collaborations, or full-time roles. Let’s connect and create something intuitive, impactful, and delightful!
E-Pilgrim - Booking an AR/VR Set for E-Darshan Experience Through App
As part of our 3rd Sem project, I played the part of UX Researcher, Verifying problems faced my elders and brainstormed solutions with the team. This project has been a part of social cause, as statistics have proved that the senior citizen population is rising in India. This product on testing with the seniors from Local Garden who come for morning walk was loved and appreciated and we were all booked for events..

Redesign MSRTC App
MSRTC App, was and is always confusing, A real life problem converted into research backed solutions. As part of this project, my fathers real struggle to book Shivneri Bus ticket and then my struggle to help him out became the cause to study, research, build and try and use accessibility tips and tools. Both App & Website are too cluttered for one to understand excactly what to do and how to book. Tried revamping it.
